Man Charged With Aggravated DWI In Bridgehampton: Police

BRIDGEHAMPTON, NY — A Ronkonkoma man was arrested in Bridgehampton Tuesday night and charged with driving while intoxicated, police said.

According to Southampton Town Police, Danilo Borges, 41, was arrested at 9:47 p.m. on Montauk Highway near Ocean Road after he was seen failing to maintain his lane.

Borges was arrested, charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, moving from lane unsafely, and operating a vehicle with an expired registration, police said.

Borges was transported to police headquarters for processing and released with a court date of July 6, police said.
