Man Drove Motorcycle While Intoxicated On Montauk Highway: PD
He was seen passing vehicles improperly in East Quogue, police say.
EAST QUOGUE, NY — An East Quogue man was arrested Sunday and charged with driving a motorcycle while intoxicated, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, the incident took place at 8:22 p.m. when Nestor A. Aguero, 23, was seen heading west and improperly passing vehicles on Montauk Highway in East Quogue.
Aguero was arrested and charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated; he was processed at Southampton Town Police headquarters and held for morning arraignment, police said.
