Mark Your Calendar: Southampton Parade of Lights and Tree Lighting

The Southampton Chamber of Commerce has announced the date of its annual Parade of Lights and tree lighting ceremony.

The family-friendly event will take place this year on Nov. 30 and will feature numerous activities, which are still in the planning stages, according to the Chamber's Facebook page. 

Each year, the parade and tree lighting brings out a crowd and this year the same is expected, especially with the opening of the new ice skating rink at Southampton Golf Range which is expected to be part of the festivities. 

The parade is expected to run down Windmill Lane to Nugent to Main Street to Jobs Lane and end at Agawam Park.
