Owner Of Hamptons Eatery Sets Fire To Jeffrey Epstein's Table
Fallen movie mogul Harvey Weinstein also sat at the table that was set ablaze in Southampton.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — The owner of an eatery in the Hamptons set fire to a table that was once the favorite of Jeffrey Epstein and Harvey Weinstein.
Zach Erdem, who owns 75 Main in Southampton, set fire to the table once reserved for Epstein and Weinstein. He was joined by patrons and waitstaff and said, "Burn, baby burn," as he doused the table in lighter fluid.
"Our tables will now be free of the sleaze that was brought on by these sex abusers that used their money and power inappropriately," Erdem said. "They were regulars at my establishment for years. On behalf of my patrons and staff by setting the table on fire, we will release the evil that was inflicted to countless girls and women."

The table was broken up by an ax and a sledgehammer, and then set on fire by the staff of 75 Main as local residents watched, according to a release. Customers toasted with champagne at the bonfire; a new table was placed in its spot that will serve the public for the next decade.
Federal prosecutors accused billionaire financier Epstein of sexually abusing dozens of girls at his Upper East Side mansion and other places in a years-long sex-trafficking conspiracy. Epstein was found dead at the Metropolitan Correctional Center while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges. His death was ruled a suicide.
