SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A stunning home in Southampton owned by the heir to the Sbarro pizza throne just sold for $24 million.
The home, located at 101 Pheasant Lane in Southampton Village, was represented by Erica Grossman and Michaela Keszler of Douglas Elliman; co-broker and agent Harald Grant of Sotheby's International Realty brought the buyer, according to Douglas Elliman.
The Francis Fleetwood estate features gorgeous interiors designed by Achille Salvagni — who oversaw everything from carpet and drapes to furniture and art — in the Murray Compound. The 15,700-square-foot home includes multiple fireplaces, a chef's kitchen, private beach access, wine cellar, a theater, dance studio, and elevator.
