When South Fork Bakery would normally prepare to start there season, the bakery had to temporarily close its doors due to the pandemic. Our employees are adults with all kinds of disabilities, struggle with social interaction. The bakery is a place where they can enjoy being with others, sometimes even make a friend or two, a feeling of self-worth and earn a paycheck while there doing something they feel good about.
