President Emeritus of the Southampton History Museum, Eric Woodward, has been working on this project for many years and we are so happy to be able to showcase his hard work here on our blog. Austin Herrick's story is an interesting one providing great examples of how difficult work it is to provide an accurate accounting of someone's life many decades later.
