Sprawling Southampton Oceanfront Estate On Market For Whopping $150 Million

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — The Hamptons may be known for jaw-dropping, lavish estates and multi-million dollar views, but a property recently hit the market in Southampton that's topped the list for its whopping price tag — making it the most expensive home for sale in the ritzy enclave of the rich and famous.

According to realtor.com, a massive estate on Meadow Lane in Southampton is on the market for $150 million.

A-List neighbors in the area dubbed "Billionaire's Lane" by Forbes have included hotelier Ian Schrager and designer Calvin Klein, the realtor.com post says; the vast amount of land on Meadow Lane makes it a "world class trophy location," according to the original listing, realtor.com said.

The property is listed with agent Harald Grant of Sotheby's International Realty, according to businessinsider.com.

The property is comprised of a total of four lots — three lots with existing structures and an empty bayfront parcel — including a main 12,000 square foot home, featuring an indoor pool encased in glass for spectacular water views, a second lot with a smaller home and tennis court, pool, and spa, as well as two putting greens and golf houses and three private walkways to the beach, the post says.

The enormous estate, which includes 14 acres of land, was the most expensive new listing on Realtor.com last week.
