During a recent trip to The American Hotel on Main Street in Sag Harbor Village, My Long Island TV spoke to General Manager Thomas Allnoch, Executive Chef Jonathan Parker and waiter Joseph Taylor, as well as patrons of the French-American restaurant and eight-room hotel.
