2 Lane Closures on I-684 Southbound Saturday

NEW YORK — The left and center lanes on Interstate 684 southbound, between Exit 9 (I-84) and Exit 8 (Hardscrabble Road) are expected to close on Saturday.

Crews will perform maintenance activities from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., weather permitting.

Anticipate delays.

Use caution when traveling through the work zone area and pay particular attention to flaggers and all traffic control devices, including signs.

Remember, fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. In accordance with the Work Zone Safety Act of 2005, convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of an individual’s driver license.
