3 Vehicles Stolen From Owners' Driveways In Southeast
Over the weekend, a Land Rover, an Audi and a Prius were taken, New York State police reported.
SOUTHEAST, NY — Three vehicles were stolen in Southeast this past weekend, according to New York State Police.
The three vehicles — a 2020 Land Rover, 2018, Audi A3, and a 2008 Toyota Prius — had been left unlocked in the owner’s driveway with the keys in the car.
There has been an increase of larcenies from vehicles and vehicles stolen over the past year, police said.

They urged residents to always lock your vehicle, even in your own driveway. Close all windows including sunroofs. Park in well-lit areas. Never leave your vehicle unattended while it is running. Never leave keys, valuables, or personal identification in a vehicle even for short periods of time.
