Marie was helped this year by close friend Wendy Koehler and Sheriff’s Cadet Vincent Ricci. The Putnam County Sheriff’s Department picked up the toys at her residence and dropped them off at the local drop off site.
And here's the kicker: Marie told Deputy AJ Pizzuto that she hopes to live long enough to double this year’s total for next year and wants people to know that anyone can do it.
