Brewster Man Engaged In Sex Act On 15-Year-Old Girl, Police Allege
The suspect met the victim on Facebook, according to state police.
BREWSTER, NY - A Brewster man is accused of engaging in a sexual act with a 15-year-old girl, according to New York State Police.
The man, 22-year-old Gildardo Perez, was arrested on Aug. 15 and charged with one felony count of criminal sex act, police added.
State Police added that troopers were dispatched on Aug. 11 to investigate the matter. Police allege that Perez got to know the victim on Facebook.

"Perez was arraigned in the Town of Southeast Court before Judge Vercollone and remanded to the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond," state police said, adding that his next court date is on Sept. 19.
