Cultural Arts Coalition Holding Auditions For 'Godspell'

The Cultural Arts Coalition in Brewster is holding auditions for their Fall Musical Godspell on Thursday September 5th. Sign in begins at 7 p.m. and people will be auditioned on a first come first served basis.

With direction by Christine DiTota, Music direction by Matt Vanacoro, and Choreography by Jessica Benedict Vanacoro, the first rehearsal will be on Thursday September 12 with rehearsals on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sunday evenings. Performances are November 7 - 10.

Seeking: All roles are currently open to all genders & ethnicities. We need strong singer/actors who move well. Non equity, Non paying

AUDITION DETAILS: These will be vocal and acting auditions only – no movement. Callbacks will be by invite ONLY, if needed. Accompanist provided. BRING Your sheet music. HEADSHOTS and resumes are encouraged, but not required. Come prepared with a complete list of all conflicts during the rehearsal period.

If you can not attend auditions, you may submit electronically by uploading a short video to your own private YOUTUBE channel and then sending that link to: info@culturalartsco.com. We will accept videos on other links as well but please submit no later than Thursday September 4th at 7pm.

The Town of Southeast Cultural Arts Coalition is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating and sustaining cultural arts within the Town of Southeast and its surrounding region.

Our current focus is the renovation of the Southeast Old Town Hall, a historic landmark within the Village of Brewster and a perfect venue to serve as a cultural hub. The Old Town Hall has been described as a “Jewel in the Center of Brewster” and its renovation will help foster the revitalization of downtown Brewster.
