Emergency Rental Assistance Program Available In Putnam County

The program is open to tenants in Putnam County who have been unable to pay their rent due to loss of income as a result of COVID-19.

Putnam County Executive MaryEllen Odell is pleased to announce that the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) is now available for tenants in Putnam County who have been unable to pay their rent due to loss of income as a result of COVID-19.

If you or a member of your household lost income or received unemployment benefits due to loss of work due to COVID-19, you may be eligible.

To see if you are eligible, and to apply for these funds visit OTDA.NY.GOV/ERAP or call (844) NY1 Rent (844 691-7368).
