A Public Hearing will be held Tuesday May 8th, 2012 at 5:30 pm in the Department of Social Services Conference Room located in Building Two of the Donald B. Smith County Government Campus (110 Old Route Six in Carmel).
Commissioner Michael J. Piazza is seeking input from the public and from service providers on Mental Health, Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services and the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities in Putnam for our local plan.
