Brynn Bottalico has always dreamt of traveling and making a difference. She's hoping community members will help her achieve that goal.
Bottalico has created a GoFundMe account where folks can donate toward her service trip in Fiji.
"The project gives teens the chance to do all kinds of service: from helping to maintain and preserve Fiji's natural environment, lead health awareness workshops, visit patients and contribute to building projects in impoverished villages while interacting with students of different cultures," Bottalico wrote. "This is a trip where I would be able to do meaningful service, making an impact on local villages and their people. Learning about different ways to get involved and help the local community is something that is very important to me. Please donate whatever you can so I can make this trip possible!"
So far $120 has been contributed. Bottalico is aiming for $4,000. Click here for more information.
