Missing At-Risk Teen From Putnam County Located
The 16-year-old was reported missing by his family
PHILIPSTOWN, NY — The New York State Police said the teenager was found in good health and was returned to his family.
An at-risk teen from Putnam County is missing and the New York State Police are asking for the public's help.
On Tuesday, state police said 16-year-old from Philipstown was reported missing by his family.

He was described as a white male, about 6 feet, 1 inch tall. He has long brown hair, blue eyes and a thin build.
Police said he was last seen wearing a dark plaid shirt and blue jeans.
