Putnam Young Republicans Honor County Elections Commissioner at Annual Dinner
He was honored at the Putnam County Young Republican Club sixth annual Teddy Roosevelt dinner.
From the Putnam County Young Republican Club: The Putnam County Young Republican Club hosted its sixth annual Teddy Roosevelt dinner on May 13 at the Brewster Italian American Club, where they recognized this year’s honoree Elections Commissioner of the Putnam County Board of Elections and Chairman of the Putnam County GOP Anthony ‘Tony’ Scannapieco.
The Teddy Roosevelt Dinner recognizes an individual whose integrity, work-ethic and passion strengthen the community and the Republican Party in Putnam County. Tony Scannapieco embodies those values and has been a dedicated civil servant throughout his life. Tony served our country in the U.S Air Force and New York Air National Guard, was a lieutenant in the Yonkers Fire Department and has played an essential role getting the best candidates to represent the people of Putnam. His unwavering commitment and devotion is inspiring and Putnam is truly blessed to have him.
