PATTERSON, NY – Several people have reportedly been injured in a head-on crash in Patterson Sunday night.
At least six ambulances and two helicopters responded to the crash on northbound Route 22 at Route 311. It's unclear at this time how serious the injuries are. The crash occurred around 8:50 p.m.
