'Best of Brooklyn' Bringing Borough's Best Beer and Food to Industry City

SUNSET PARK, BROOKLYN — This weekend, you have the chance to explore dozens of Brooklyn's best beers, food from favorite local restaurants, and music and activities, all brought under one roof at Industry City by the inaugural Best of Brooklyn Beer and Food Festival. The event will run from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 274 36th St.

Unlimited beer tastings will be provided by some of Brooklyn's best known brewers, like Brooklyn Brewery, Kelso, Coney Island Brewing Company, Sixpoint Craft Ales, and Green Point Beer and Ale Co. Then there's the food, with tastings on sale from Bareburger, Bogota Latin Bistro, Miti Miti Modern Mexican, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, and many other restaurants.

There are a host of ticket options available. The cheapest option, at $35, gets you unlimited beer tastings, music and activities. For $69, you get to enter 30 minutes early, and you'll get a "Brooklyn Beer Book" which can be redeemed for 30 beers at 30 Brooklyn bars. There's also an after party (also $35) featuring DJs, live music, and beer tastings. And for $125, you get everything listed above, including the after party and the ability to come and go all day. There's even a "Designated Driver Pass" for those who just want to enjoy the food, music and activities. You can check out all the ticket options online.
