NYC Subway Delays: Power Outage Halts N Train Service

N trains aren't running from 59th Street in Sunset Park to Coney Island, the MTA said.

SUNSET PARK, BROOKLYN — A power outage shut down N train service from Sunset Park through Coney Island on Monday afternoon. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority warned of delays on the N and D lines after Con Edison fixed the power failure that forced N trains to stop running between 59th Street in Brooklyn and Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue.

The outage at Fort Hamilton Parkway was restored as of 2:32 p.m., according to the MTA's website.

It previously halted southbound D train service south of Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center and forced northbound N trains to run along the D line from Coney Island to 36th Street, according to the MTA.
