Snag An Apartment In Blocky New Greenwood Heights Building For $813 Per Month
Here's what income levels you'll need to meet to snag an apartment in this brand new building.

GREENWOOD HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — The city has opened its affordable housing lottery for a brand new blocky building in "Greenwood Heights," the trendy new name for the area roughly west of Greenwood Cemetery in between Park Slope and Sunset Heights.
Nineteen units are available inside the building on the corner of Fourth Avenue and 19th Street. Prices start at $813 per month for a studio and go up to $1,016 for a two-bedroom. That's a steal compared to other units in the building that go for anywhere from $2,400 to $5,100 a month at market-rate.
The brand new building features a "pet spa," gym and bike room along with outdoor space.
