Sunset Park Blood Drive Will Honor Blood Donation Awareness Month
Those interested can donate blood locally on Jan. 4 or Jan. 5.
SUNSET PARK, BROOKLYN — A community blood drive coordinated by the Boricua Festival Committee in honor of Three Kings Day and Blood Donation Awareness Month will run on Jan. 4 and Jan. 5.
Those interested in donating can do so on Jan. 4 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the NYPD's 72nd Precinct, located at 830 4th Ave., or on Jan. 5 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the United Senior Center of Sunset Park, located at 475 53rd St.
Donors will receive a gift card courtesy of the New York Blood Center, and will also be entered into a raffle to win dinner for two at Greenhouse Cafe in Bay Ridge.
