Sunset Park Gas Station To Be Replaced By High-Rise, Records Show
Developer plan to build a new apartment complex on the site of a Fourth Avenue gas station, city records show.

SUNSET PARK, BROOKLYN — A neighborhood gas station could be torn down and replaced by a high-rise apartment building, city records show.
Developers have filed plans to build an eight-story tower will rise just one block away from Green-Wood Cemetery at the current site of a Mobil gas station at 875 Fourth Ave., according to Department of Buildings records.
The 150-apartment complex, designed by Fischer + Makooi Architects, will include laundry rooms, recreation rooms and parking spots for 50 cars, according to city records.

Heritage Equity Partners bought the Fourth Avenue plot for $19,750,000 earlier in July, The Real Deal first reported.
