Sunset Park Schools and New 39th St. Bar On Community Board Agenda
Here are some of the upcoming meetings scheduled for Community Board 7 this February.
SUNSET PARK, BROOKLYN — Here's a rundown of some of the upcoming hearings scheduled for Community Board 7, which covers Sunset Park and Windsor Terrace. All meetings are open to the public.
1) On Feb. 8, the board will discuss an application to enlarge an "undersized home in an R-5 zoning district located at 127 Vanderbilt St." The meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. and will take place at P.S. 154, located at 1625 11th Ave.
2) On Feb. 9, the board's education committee will discuss recent updates provided to the community by the School Construction Authority (check out some of Patch's recent coverage here). Also on the agenda: a presentation from Include NYC, which works on behalf of young New Yorkers with disabilities, and a discussion of NYU Lutheran's speech therapy program. The meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. at the board's office, located at 4201 4th Ave. (the entrance is on 43rd Street). An agenda is below:

3) On Feb. 14, the licensing committee will discuss a liquor license application filed on behalf of M3 Karaoke Bar Inc., to be located at 317-319 39th St. The meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. at the board's office, located at 4201 4th Ave.

4) The full board will hold its monthly meeting starting at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 15. The meeting will take place at the board's office, located at 4201 4th Ave.
