Suspect Charged For Murder Of Sunset Park Man Found Shot In Head
Police arrested Sam Chen for the murder of a 45-year-old who they found lying in his bed with two gunshot wounds last week.
SUNSET PARK, BROOKLYN — Police have charged a man with murder for the death of a 45-year-old who they found shot twice in the head last week.
41-year-old Sam Chen, who lives on 43rd Street, was arrested Thursday, police said. He was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
The arrest comes nearly a week after police found the victim inside his home on 51st Street. The man was shot twice in the head and was lying in his bed unconscious and unresponsive. Police found him around 12:30 p.m. last Friday and emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene.
