These Are The First 3 Tenants At The Brooklyn Army Terminal’s Food Hub
Three businesses are up and running inside the facility.

SUNSET PARK, BROOKLYN — Three businesses have moved into the Brooklyn Army Terminal’s new food manufacturing hub in Sunset Park.
Local officials toured the manufacturing facility last week, getting a close-up view of the city's $15 million renovation of the space in action.
The three businesses, as described by the city's Economic Development Corporation are:

- City Saucery, a family-owned sauce and condiment company inspired by the traditions of Calabria, Italy
- Salty Road, a salty water taffy company featuring unique flavors and natural ingredients
- MOMO Dressing, a family-owned Japanese salad dressing company.
The 55,000 square-foot space, located along the waterfront at 140 58th St., was designated by EDC to hold about 10 food manufacturing companies.
By placing similar companies in the same space together, the city hopes to spur collaboration and innovations among the companies as they grow up together.

EDC President and CEO James Patchett and City Council Member Carlos Menchaca toured the facility last week to meet the new tenants.
