Would-Be Robber Goes After 14-Year-Old In Sunset Park: Cops
Police are looking for a man who threatened a 14-year-old near Third Avenue with a metal object when trying to rob him.

SUNSET PARK, BROOKLYN — Police are looking for the man who threatened and tried to rob a 14-year-old near Third Avenue.
The man came up to the teen just after 10 p.m. on Saturday, Sep. 14 on the corner of 41st Street and Third Avenue. He threatened him with a metal object and demanded he hand over his belongings, police said.
The 14-year-old was able to get away and went to get help while the would-be thief ran away toward 45th Street, police said.

Police said the man appeared to be in his late teens or early 20s.
