Mayor Walsh Announces Road Reconstruction Project On West Fayette Street In Syracuse

The project is expected to continue through the end of the week. Temporary lane closures will occur.

Mayor Walsh announced a road reconstruction project beginning Monday, May 24 on West Fayette Street on the City’s west side. Crews will start milling (removing the top layer of existing pavement) and paving on West Fayette from South Geddes Street to West Wilbur Avenue. Paving and restriping will occur when milling is complete.
