The Mayor and his family laid a wreath with red, white and blue ribbons and chrysanthemums at the base of the granite monument at Greenway Veterans’ Memorial Park. The triangular space is the traditional site of a Memorial Day ceremony following the parade, which was cancelled this year due to COVID-19.
