Syracuse Water Department Crews Working To Repair Water Main Leak On The 200 Block Carbon Street

The City of Syracuse Department of Water is working to repair a water main leak on the 200 block of Carbon Street. Water service is expected to impact the 100-200 block of Carbon Street and the 300 block of John Street. Residents and businesses in the area will experience shutoffs until approximately 3 p.m. this afternoon.

The 200 block of Carbon Street will be closed to all traffic. Detour signs will be in place to redirect traffic. Residents in need of emergency water resources during the shutoff period can call 211.
