Dobbs Ferry Woman Gets DWI, Kid in Car
The 34-year-old was also with endangering the welfare of the 7-year-old after she hit a car from behind on Ashford Avenue.

A 34-year-old Dobbs Ferry Woman is accused of drunk driving with her child in the car after getting into a car accident on May 7 in Dobbs Ferry.
Witnesses of the accident reported to police at the scene around 7:14 p.m. that the driver, who allegedly rear-ended another car that was stopped in traffic on Ashford Avenue, may be intoxicated.
No sobriety tests were taken, however the mother was arrested for driving while intoxicated (DWI), aggravated DWI and endangering the welfare of a minor, all misdemeanors.

The 7-year-old was released to his father, while his mother was taken into custody. She was later released without bail and must return to village court on June 6.
