SLEEPY HOLLOW, NY — A major Sleepy Hollow landlord who bought eight downtown buildings in 2017 has sold them for $10.7 million. The properties on Cortlandt Street and Beekman Avenue is comprised of 63 apartments and eight storefronts.

William Procida bought the real estate for $9.86 million when the owner filed for bankruptcy, the Journal News said.

The buildings, which were spruced up by Procida, were sold to Sleepy Hollow Holdings LLC in Chestnut Ridge.
