DSF Group Buys Talleyrand Apartment Complex In Tarrytown

TARRYTOWN, NY — A Massachusetts real estate investment firm purchased a 300-unit Tarrytown apartment complex off White Plains Road for $91 million. Ownership of the Talleyrand Apartments, on Crescent Drive, will pass from an affiliate of Equity Residential to an affiliate of The DSF Group.

The DSF Group is no stranger to Westchester, because it owns the La Rochelle and Halstead New Rochelle luxury apartment buildings in New Rochelle, lohud.com said.

The Talleyrand complex was built in the late 1990s.
