Food Truck Site Opens In Elmsford
Four food trucks will rotate on the site, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
ELMSFORD, NY — Food truck aficionados will likely be looking forward to Saturday in Elmsford. That is when 9A Eats, which is on the former Red Fox Diner site on Central Avenue, opens as a food truck park.
Between 7 a.m and 8 p.m., there will be four food trucks, changing frequently on site, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the Journal News reported.
At the site, there will be socially distanced picnic tables, hand sanitizer stations, portable toilets and parking spaces.
