Greenburgh Receives High Rating From Moody's, Standard & Poor's
The town is in a healthy financial condition, according to reports.

GREENBURGH, NY — The town of Greenburgh has once again received an Aaa/AAA rating from Moody's and Standard & Poor's.
In an email, Supervisor Paul Feiner said Moody's thought the "town's general creditworthiness is characterized by stable and strong financial performance and the maintenance of very strong reserves, supported by very strong economic metrics."
Standard & Poor's said, in reference to the coronavirus pandemic, that the town's management "effectively managed both revenue and expense impacts in the past year."

Feiner said the report indicated the town was in a healthy financial position and that its tax base will remain large and wealthy.
