Mother's Day Classes at Riverstone Yoga

On May 10th Riverstone Yoga will be offering two family friendly classes so mothers can share their yoga experience with loved ones.

• In our Mother & Child Yoga class you will practice family friendly yoga with fun partner poses that allows for new ways to share and communicate.
  - May 10th 3:00PM - 4:15PM
  
  
• In our Aerial Yoga class you will fly and get your feet off the ground while supported in the aerial hammocks.
  - May 10th 4:30PM - 5:45PM

Breathe together, move together and learn how to be still together! These Mother’s Day classes are designed to be fun for everyone, make time to be together in a new way.

No experience is needed.
Good for all levels, ages 7 and up.
Reservations Required - Space is limited
