New York Times Profiles Hartsdale's Real Estate

Housing prices run the gamut from the $200,000 range to over a million dollars.

The New York Times Real Estate section recently profiled Hartsdale, referring to the hamlet and its mix of housing as ”very versatile.”

Housing ranges from apartments to co-ops to single-family homes, with prices in the $200,000 range to over a million dollars.

“Covering three square miles in the larger Town of Greenburgh, Hartsdale is known for its varied topography as well as a population that includes not just the expected families with young children but empy nesters, young couples without children and retirees,” writes the Times’ Barbara Peterson.
