Regeneron Proposes Expanding Its Greenburgh Campus
The Greenburgh Town Board recently heard a proposal from the pharmaceutical manufacturer.

GREENBURGH, NY — Pharmaceutical manufacturer Regeneron wants to expand its existing research and development campus in the town of Greenburgh.
At Wednesday's town board work session, trustees heard a presentation from Regeneron about a proposal for a 200,000-square-foot building laboratory space expansion within the existing looped road, Supervisor Paul Feiner said.
The plans also include a new structured parking deck.

A prior proposal in 2014 for a building in a similar location on the campus was previously approved but not built.
Feiner said the new project would complement a previously approved 1-million-square-foot research and development campus expansion in the town, which has active approvals.
