Saw Mill River Parkway Maintenance Work To Close Ramp
Motorists should expect delays and follow the posted detour, the DOT said.
GREENBURGH, NY — Construction on the Saw Mill River Parkway will necessitate the closing of one of the ramps.
The state Department of Transportation advised motorists Friday that the ramp from Route 119 (West Main Street) to northbound Saw Mill River Parkway in the town of Greenburgh will be closed daily from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. beginning Monday to facilitate guide rail maintenance, weather permitting.
DOT officials said the closures will continue through Thursday.

Motorists should expect delays and follow the posted detour using the alternate ramp from Route 119 to the Saw Mill River Parkway.
The DOT said motorists should slow down and drive responsibly in work zones. Fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. Convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of a person's driver's license.
