Sleepy Hollow Police Respond to Series of 'Inattention' Accidents

A summary of recent police activity and arrests in the village of Sleepy Hollow.

There were a few minor car accidents recently in the village that Chief Gregory Camp attributed to "driver inattention."

The first at North Washington Street on Jan. 10 at 1:17 p.m. 

The second: on Chestnut Street at 2:41 p.m. the same day. Here one car was impounded because the driver was unlicensed. 

The next day, a resident reported his parked car on Depeyster Street had been hit by his neighbor's car on Jan. 11 at 9:42 p.m.
