TARRYTOWN, NY — An 11-acre Tarrytown office park was bought by a New Jersey investment firm one year after the property was surrendered to avoid foreclosure. Highstone Equity Group of New Jersey acquired Talleyrand Office Park for $10.3 million.

The office park, located at 200 and 220 White Plains Road, was owned by a limited-liability Connecticut firm associated with the financial services firm Barings, the Journal News reported.

There are two six-story buildings on the site, totaling 179,000 square feet of office space, that are 45 percent leased.
