Texas Developer To Build Next Edge-On-Hudson Phase

Next up will be a five-story luxury apartment building.

SLEEPY HOLLOW, NY — A developer from Texas has signed on to build the second phase of Edge-on-Hudson, a 70-acre property previously owned and occupied by General Motors in Sleepy Hollow. SunCal and Diversified Realty Advisors chose Hines to develop 246 luxury apartments on the banks of the Hudson River.

According to a press release, Hines bought Parcel F of the development and will construct a five-story apartment complex.

Townhomes in the first phase are already being built, and sales started in early 2019.

Edge-on-Hudson will be a mixed-use, transit-oriented development on the site of the former General Motors Assembly Plant.

It is located 25 miles north of New York City and is within walking distance of the Tarrytown and Philipse Manor Metro-North train stations.
