Winter Weather Advisory For AM Hudson Valley Commute
Snow will end this morning first in the mid-Hudson Valley.

The National Weather Service warns that conditions could be slippery and visibility could be limited during the Wednesday morning commute. SEE ALSO: Snow Changes Hudson Valley Schools' Schedules.
TRIPS paratransit buses have a delayed opening at 9 AM. Rides scheduled before 9 AM today will not be picked up.
The advisory is in effect until 11 a.m. for Westchester County, New York City, southern Connecticut and Eastern Bergen, Eastern Essex, Eastern Union and Hudson counties in New Jersey.

For Orange, Putnam and Rockland counties, the NWS says:
Snow will continue across the area this morning. Use extra caution this morning as some roads may be snow covered and slick. Any untreated roads may be slick even if they are not snow covered due to temperatures in the upper 20s and lower 30s. The snow should taper off by between 6 and 8 am.
Dutchess and eastern Ulster counties are getting off lightly with this storm system. Light snow early this morning will end around or shortly afterdaybreak. Total accumulation will be a coating to an inch, withlocally up to two inches across the higher elevations.

The NWS does warn that the snowfall will result in snow covered roadways, which may make for slick travel in some areas.
