Yonkers Man Accused In String Of Burglaries

He was charged with five counts of second-degree burglary.

TARRYTOWN, NY — A Yonkers man who was a suspect in several burglaries was arrested Tuesday. Tarrytown police said Wednesday German Martinez, 41, of Yonkers, was charged with five counts of second-degree burglary, felonies.

Police said he is also a suspect in about a dozen other home burglaries in Sleepy Hollow, Dobbs Ferry, Yonkers and Greenwich, Connecticut, The Hudson Independent reported.

Tarrytown police said the investigation is ongoing.
