The shingle-style, 10,000 square-foot home on a 3.25-acre lot is surrounded by covered porches, a white picket fence, planters filled with flowers, lush lawns and wicker furniture. Supermodel Christie Brinkley owns this 5,500 square-foot North Haven home that was built in 1843. It sits on 4.5 acres and claims 327 feet of beachfront overlooking Sag Harbor’s open bay. The 5-bedroom, 5-bath house, which has been renovated since Brinkley last tried to sell it, features many period details, including wide-plank pine floors, multiple fireplaces, and built-up moldings around door entrances. Celebrity chef Rachael Ray is serving up her Hamptons vacation home for $4.9 million. The ubiquitous Food Network personality and author of numerous cookbooks has shown she also has good taste when it comes to real estate. Her home was purchased in 2008 for $2.1 million, which means she stands to double her purchase price if she can whisk up a buyer soon.
