22-Unit Luxury Upper East Side Building Launches Rentals
The apartment building is leasing two- and three-bedroom units.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A new Upper East Side luxury rental building is promising apartments with a "downtown vibe" in a historic building.
Developers have launched leasing at 245 E. 78th St. — a building between Second and Third avenues that dates back to 1905 — according to real estate agents. The firm Stribling Marketing Associates is handling the marketing of the building's newly-renovated two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as two four-bedroom penthouses.
The aesthetic at 245 East 78th is incredibly chic, and more in line with what you might find in an upscale Downtown condo. This is an excellent departure from the norm – where the rental choice is either void of personality or tired old rental buildings,” Stribling Marketing Associates’ Alexa Lambert said in a statement.
