CNN President Lists UES Home For $17.5M

CNN's Jeff Zucker bought the East 64th Street five-bedroom for $12.3 million in 2007.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — CNN President Jeff Zucker is offloading his Upper East Side home for $17.5 million, according to real estate listings and reports.

Zucker, who announced a divorce with his longtime wife in 2018, put his East 64th Street apartment up for sale toward the beginning of the month, according to a realtor.com listing. The five-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom home is located in the Verona co-op building on the corner of Madison Avenue.

Features of the recently renovated luxury home include a private elevator landing, a living room decked out with Venetian plaster work, a chef's kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, 11-foot ceilings and three working fireplaces, according to listings.

Zucker bought the home in 2007 for $12.3 million, according to public real estate records kept by the city Department of Finance. The previous owner of the home was actress Kitty Carlisle Hart, who died months before the sale.
