UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Most meetings and events may be virtual these days, but there's still plenty happening on the Upper East Side.
Patch has compiled a list of events for neighbors to mark on their calendars. From community meetings to family events, here are the dates to know for the week of May 9.

Upper East Side and Roosevelt Island artists are asked to participate in a June 12-13 art show sponsored by City Canvas, a new initiative by Community Board 8.
- Artists can display works, including prints, paintings, photography and quilts, at an outdoor exhibition along James Cagney Way on East 91st Street; and the Easton Plaza on 92nd Street. The theme is New York City Blooming"
- The deadline to apply is May 24 — to enter, submit an image of the artwork you wish to display to info@cb8m.com, using "Art Submission" in the subject line

The Stanley Isaacs Center (415 East 93rd St.) needs help supporting older clients through meals and case management services. To volunteer for meal plating, delivery or cold packing shifts, contact communitysupport@isaacscenter.org.
